I like to make changes. Sometimes they stick, and sometimes they don't. But I don't make resolutions at the end of the old year. I like to make changes in the spring or summer. That way I have good weather, lots of year ahead of me to see if things work better than before, and no pressure from having a "resolution" that makes me feel guilty if I can't keep going with it.
So don't make a resolution that falls to the wayside by the end of winter. Make a change. Improve whatever part of your life that needs improving. But don't give yourself an easy out by claiming that you have a "New Year's Resolution" because we all know what happens to those.
